Privacy Policy
Tattoo Day Sheet provides business-management tools for tattoo artists and studios. This policy explains the information we process when someone uses our website, app, booking links, consultations, waivers, notifications, and support.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email, phone number, workspace, role, and sign-in records.
- Business information entered by an artist or studio, including services, income, expenses, calendar availability, and settings.
- Client information submitted through an artist or studio workflow, such as contact details, appointment requests, waivers, notes, and uploaded reference images.
- Payment-related records such as payment status, provider identifiers, and fee information. Complete card numbers are processed by the connected payment provider and are not stored by Tattoo Day Sheet.
- Technical and support information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, complete requested bookings and notifications, maintain business records, provide support, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve product reliability.
Service providers
We use vetted service providers for functions such as hosting, database and authentication, email, messaging, payment processing, and error monitoring. These may include Netlify, Supabase, Resend, Twilio, Stripe, and Square, depending on the features used. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Workspace access
Artists and studios control who can access their workspace. Client records are available only to authorized workspace members according to their role and the services assigned to them. Artists and studios are responsible for using client information lawfully and for keeping account access secure.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for records, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Account owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Some financial or consent records may need to be retained where law requires it.
Communications
Transactional email may be sent to deliver requested booking, waiver, account, and appointment information. SMS is optional and requires separate consent. Declining SMS does not prevent someone from using the underlying business service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS and HELP for help where supported.
Security
We use role-based access, managed authentication, encrypted network connections, and access controls appropriate to the service. No system is risk-free, so users should use a unique password, protect their email account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Children
Tattoo Day Sheet is a business service for adults. Client consent workflows involving minors must be handled by the artist or studio in accordance with applicable law and studio policy.
Contact
Questions or requests can be sent to hello@tattoodaysheet.com. Never send passwords or full payment-card numbers by email.
