Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Tattoo Day Sheet website and application. By creating or using an account, the account holder agrees to these terms.

The service

Tattoo Day Sheet provides tools for bookings, client records, waivers, calendars, deposits, income, expenses, communications, and business reporting. It is an organizational tool and does not provide legal, tax, medical, or accounting advice.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, safeguard access, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use client information outside a legitimate business purpose.

Artist and studio responsibilities

Artists and studios are responsible for their services, pricing, appointment decisions, client communications, consent procedures, local licensing, record-retention obligations, refunds, taxes, and compliance with laws that apply to their business. Tattoo Day Sheet does not perform or supervise tattoo services.

Plans and fees

Current plan details are shown on the pricing section of the website or during checkout. Pay-as-you-go accounts may include a client booking fee and booking-deposit limit. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Payment-provider processing fees are separate unless the checkout specifically states otherwise. Tattoo Day Sheet does not take a percentage of an artist’s tattoo deposit or completed service amount.

Cancellation and refunds

A subscription may be canceled before its next renewal and access will generally continue through the paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed billing periods and booking fees for a completed booking workflow are non-refundable. If a charge appears incorrect, contact hello@tattoodaysheet.com so we can review it.

Payments between artists and clients

Artist deposits and client payments may be processed by a connected third-party provider such as Stripe, Square, or another supported service. The payment provider controls card processing, payout timing, disputes, and its processing fees under the account holder’s agreement with that provider.

Communications

Transactional email may be used to deliver requested account, booking, waiver, appointment, payment, or support information. SMS participation is optional, requires separate consent, and is not a condition of receiving the underlying service. Message and data rates may apply.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tattoo Day Sheet reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change as the service improves. Material changes to pricing or these terms will be communicated as reasonably appropriate before they take effect.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Tattoo Day Sheet is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated here. Tattoo Day Sheet is not responsible for the quality or outcome of tattoo services, third-party payment-provider decisions, or losses caused by a user’s failure to secure an account or maintain required independent records.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for unlawful use, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or material violation of these terms. Users may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.
